What counts toward the limit?
The sum of the budgets you've assigned to real-money strategies in the app. Pro allows $10,000 in total, High Roller $100,000, Whale has no cap. Your Polymarket balance is never limited; only what PolyWasp is allowed to trade with.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades apply immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. If you downgrade below what you've assigned, existing strategies keep running and keep their positions, but new assignments wait until you're back under the limit.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the card for a few days and emails you. Your plan stays active for a short grace period; if the payment never goes through it falls back to Free, and real-money strategies stop opening new positions. Nothing is force-sold.
Do you offer refunds?
Try everything free first, that's what paper trading is for. If something's wrong with a charge, contact support and we'll sort it out.
